RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • the use of this Website, and,

  • any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner

1. By these rules you confirm that you are purchasing a subscription for 1 /one/ year /annual package/ of training at the fitness centre "19". The annual package is paid monthly by bank card, in 12 equal parts.

2. You confirm that you have the authority and right to use or dispose of the linked bank card and undertake to pay for the annual training package in equal parts for the year.

3. After linking your bank card to the program and receiving payment for the first month, during your first visit to the fitness centre, an agreement will be signed with you (it can be in electronic form and sent to the email address you specified).

4. To conclude the agreement, you must present an identity document (passport or ID card), your place of residence/registration, the validity period of the document and by whom it was issued, a telephone number, and an email address.

5. The contract will specify the terms of the annual package, its validity period, as well as your rights and obligations to visit the fitness centre.

6. To visit the fitness centre, you will be provided with a free plastic card, which must be presented to the fitness club manager at each visit.

In case of loss of the plastic card, a replacement card will be provided for 500 drams.

7. In case of joining the annual subscription with another person's bank card, at the first visit you must provide evidence that you have the authority and rights to use and dispose of this card.

8. Since the annual package is purchased immediately and payment is made by bank card within 12 months, the bank card you provide must be valid for at least 1 year.

9. Purchasing an annual package with monthly payment does not provide for a refund under any circumstances.

10. After purchasing the package and attending training, changing the name of another person in the annual package is not provided.

 

You hereby confirm that you undertake to pay for the annual package monthly by bank card for 1 year (12 months).
